Mathew Osborne/Commonwealth Ombudsman makes deal to protect misconduct by Mathew Osborne

The Commonwealth Ombudsman  has been given extensive evidence of systemic misconduct and breaches of the Bankruptcy Act by senior management  at ITSA.

This misconduct was  instigated by Mathew Osborne  Principal Legal Officer at ITSA

Alison Larkins Acting Commonwealth Ombudsman  and Diane Merryfull Assistant Commonwealth Ombudsman have done an unethical deal  on the 11th November 2011 to cover up misconduct by senior management at ITSA.
Is Alison larkins being blackmailed to reach this decision?????
